Stock and accounts are the same problem seen from two ends. This system keeps them as one record, so the ledger and the store room can never quietly disagree.

Capabilities
What it does.
Purchase to ledger, unbroken
A purchase order becomes a goods receipt, becomes stock, becomes a ledger entry. Every movement is documented, and every document can be traced back.
Transfers between stores
Move stock between branches and warehouses with the goods in transit visible, so nothing is written off simply because it is on a lorry.
Stock takes that reconcile
Counted quantities are posted against system quantities with the variance and its approval recorded, rather than the books simply being adjusted.
A real accounting ledger
Day book, ledger balances, payments, credit and debit notes and creditor-day reporting — the accounts are part of the system, not a separate package.
Documents with evidence
Photographs attach to purchases, deliveries, payments and transfers, so a disputed delivery is settled by looking rather than arguing.
Service jobs alongside stock
Job cards draw parts from inventory and bill labour on the same document, which suits workshops and dealers who both sell and repair.
Fit
Who it is for
- Distributors and wholesalers holding stock across several stores
- Businesses whose stock figures and accounts never quite agree
- Workshops and dealers who sell parts and bill labour together
- Companies preparing for audit who need every movement documented

A short conversation is usually enough to tell whether we have something that fits, or whether you need something built. Either way you will get a straight answer.
