Official and verified
We connect you through Meta's Cloud API with a verified business profile. Your name and green tick show, and the number cannot be shut down for abuse of an unofficial gateway.
More than plain text
Send text, images, video, audio, PDF documents and locations. An invoice, a delivery note or a receipt can go straight to the customer's phone.
Approved message templates
Order confirmations, payment reminders and appointment alerts as pre-approved templates, so you can message customers outside the 24-hour reply window.
Two-way, through webhooks
Incoming replies arrive at your system in real time and can be forwarded on to another endpoint, so WhatsApp becomes a channel your software can actually converse over.
A documented API
API keys, JWT authentication and full Swagger/OpenAPI documentation. Your developer — or ours — can connect your existing system in an afternoon.
Contacts, history and limits
