A truck earns money on the road and loses it in paperwork. This system was built around the documents a Tanzanian transporter actually handles — trip sheets, delivery orders, vouchers and the signatures that prove them.

Capabilities
What it does.
Trips and delivery orders
Every trip is raised against a truck, a driver and a route, with delivery orders attached — so you can answer where a load is without phoning anyone.
Vouchers with signatures
Green and red vouchers, cash advances and expense claims are captured with the recipient's signature photographed at the point of handover.
Fuel against distance
Fuel orders are booked per trip and per truck, so consumption that drifts away from the route's normal figure shows up as a number rather than a suspicion.
Cost and profit per vehicle
Trip profit and loss, running costs, depreciation and cost centres roll up per truck and per route — not just into one company total.
Nothing expires unnoticed
Insurance, licences, inspections and driver documents carry expiry dates with reminders, so a truck is never stopped for a paper that lapsed last month.
Several companies, one login
Group operators can run multiple companies and workspaces side by side, with approvals, audit trails and per-user permissions across all of them.
Fit
Who it is for
- Transporters running long-haul trucks on regional corridors
- Fleet owners who cannot say which vehicle actually makes money
- Operators still reconciling driver advances against paper vouchers
- Groups running more than one transport company from one office
