- Reports
A patient passes through reception, consultation, laboratory, pharmacy and the cashier. Each hand-off is where a file gets lost — so here they all write to one record.

Capabilities
What it does.
Outpatient and inpatient
Registration, triage, consultation and admission through to discharge, with the inpatient ward, bed and daily charges handled as part of the same flow.
NHIF and insurance claims
Insured patients are billed against their scheme with the claim assembled as they are treated, rather than reconstructed from files at month end.
Laboratory and procedures
Test requests go to the lab and results return to the patient record, so a doctor is not waiting on a printed slip to be walked back down the corridor.
Pharmacy inside the flow
Prescriptions reach the dispensary electronically and draw from live stock, with batch and expiry tracked as they are issued.
Cashier and accounts
Every charge raised anywhere in the facility arrives at the cashier and posts through to the accounts, so revenue is not leaking between departments.
Built for Tanzanian facilities
Health Facility Registry data is built in, and roles map onto how Tanzanian hospitals and health centres are actually staffed.
Fit
Who it is for
- Hospitals and health centres still moving paper files between departments
- Facilities whose NHIF claims are assembled manually after the fact
- Clinics where pharmacy stock and patient billing are separate systems
- Charitable and mission facilities needing tight control on limited resources

A short conversation is usually enough to tell whether we have something that fits, or whether you need something built. Either way you will get a straight answer.
