A construction company can be profitable overall and losing money on three sites at once. Costing every project separately is the whole point.

Capabilities
What it does.
Cost per project, not per company
Every purchase, issue and payment is coded to a project, so profitability is visible site by site while the work is still running.
Materials issued to site
Cement, steel and finishes are issued from store to a named site against a requisition, so consumption can be compared with what the drawings called for.
Subcontractor certificates
Work certified, amounts approved and retention held — with the payment history for each subcontractor kept against the project they worked on.
Contract billing and valuations
Interim valuations and contract invoices raised against the agreed schedule, so what has been billed and what remains are never in doubt.
Stores at every site
Each site holds its own stock with transfers between them tracked, so materials moved from one job to another do not simply vanish from the costing.
Accounts underneath it all
Purchases, payments and a full ledger sit under the project costing, so site figures and company accounts are the same set of numbers.
Fit
Who it is for
- Contractors running several sites who cost them all together
- Companies that discover a project lost money only after handover
- Builders managing subcontractor certificates and retention on paper
- Firms whose site stores and head office stock are never reconciled
