At a fuel station, the margin is thin enough that a few unexplained litres a day is the difference between profit and loss. Everything here exists to find that variance the same day it happens.

Capabilities
What it does.
Readings down to the nozzle
Opening and closing readings are captured per nozzle, per pump and per island, so a discrepancy points at a specific piece of equipment rather than the whole forecourt.
Dip against sales
Tank dips are reconciled against metered sales and recorded deliveries. What the tank says and what the pumps say have to agree, and you see it when they do not.
Shift handovers that close
Each shift opens and closes against readings, cash counted and payments taken. Responsibility for a shortfall sits with a named shift, not with the month.
Deliveries and suppliers
Goods receipts, purchase orders and supplier invoices are matched to what actually went into the tank, with price changes tracked over time.
Credit customers and fleets
Account customers and their registered vehicles draw fuel against a limit, with statements and transaction histories ready at month end.
Alerts and scheduled reports
Variance thresholds raise alerts, and daily figures can be scheduled to arrive by email — including across several stations from one account.
Fit
Who it is for
- Station owners reconciling pump readings on paper each evening
- Operators running two or more sites who want one consolidated view
- Stations carrying credit customers and fleet accounts
- Anyone who suspects losses but cannot prove where they occur
