A pharmacy loses money two ways: stock that expires on the shelf, and stock that walks out unrecorded. Batch-level tracking closes both.

Capabilities
What it does.
Batch and expiry, tracked
Every item carries its batch number and expiry date, with short-dated stock flagged early enough to move it rather than write it off.
Prescription and counter
Dispensing against a prescription and ordinary over-the-counter sales run through the same till, drawing from the same live stock.
Reordering before you run out
Minimum levels and movement history drive reorder suggestions, so fast-moving lines are not discovered empty on a Saturday afternoon.
Suppliers and purchases
Purchase orders, goods received and supplier invoices matched line by line, with buying prices tracked so margin erosion is visible.
Insurance and scheme patients
Dispensing to insured patients is billed against the scheme with the supporting detail retained for the claim.
Alone or joined up
Runs as a standalone pharmacy system, or connected to our hospital system so prescriptions arrive from the consulting room electronically.
Fit
Who it is for
- Retail pharmacies writing expiry dates in a notebook
- Chains needing one stock position across several branches
- Hospital pharmacies that should be joined to the patient record
- Owners who cannot tell which lines actually earn their shelf space

A short conversation is usually enough to tell whether we have something that fits, or whether you need something built. Either way you will get a straight answer.
