Tanzanian payroll is not a salary calculation with local labels on it. PAYE bands, NSSF, WCF and SDL each have their own rules, their own forms and their own deadlines — and this system files all of them.

Capabilities
What it does.
PAYE on current bands
Progressive PAYE calculated on the bands in force, with the tax detail behind every payslip available rather than hidden inside a total.
NSSF, WCF and SDL returns
Statutory contributions computed and produced as the monthly forms themselves — including the WCF monthly form and its attachment — ready to file.
One file for the bank
The monthly bank salary schedule is generated in the format your bank expects, so payday is an upload rather than an afternoon of typing.
Payslips and statements
Individual payslips, payee statements and withheld-payment statements, printable or issued to staff without a clerk assembling them by hand.
Advances and adjustments
Advance salary, deductions and mid-month adjustments are recorded against the employee and recovered automatically in the following run.
A history of every change
Salary change reports show who was moved, when and by how much — the question an auditor asks first, answered without opening a filing cabinet.
Fit
Who it is for
- Employers still preparing PAYE and NSSF returns in a spreadsheet
- Finance teams retyping the salary schedule into the bank portal each month
- Companies whose WCF and SDL filings are assembled by hand
- Businesses growing past the point where one person can remember it all
